Reporter “A” took a video of young rascal causing trouble at the airport and reporter “B” recognized him as the representative of the People’s Congress from Inner Mongolia.

Outside the “Two Sessions” Reporters ask representatives on “how do you think of the constitution amendment? What do you think of the abolishment of the chairman’s term limit?” But with no reply.

The reporter finally meets Vice president Zhu of the All China Lawyers Association. He said his proposal is that Article 9 of the Chinese Nationality Law should be amended. According to the current terms, after a Chinese person acquires foreign citizenship, his/her Chinese citizenship is automatically forfeit. This is unfair. This is equivalent to “equating obtaining foreign citizenship to not being patriotic”.

Reporter told him that his proposal is a bit unexpected since there are 1.3 billion Chinese people after all, and not many of them have foreign citizenship.  However, there are only 3,000 representatives of the Chinese people, who attend the two sessions. But among them 76% of the CPPCC members and 57% of the NPC representatives are foreign nationals. If government abolish all of their Chinese nationality, who would represent the Chinese people?
