The US Constitution hasn’t been able to keep up with the times for 200 years. Can it still work? Chinese constitution is adjusted as needed, anytime, anywhere.

Hu Xijin was thinking to ask advise from Yuan Shikai who was founding president of China, on how he is able to become an emperor and president as well. He started his dream to back 102 years on 1916 at Yuan Shikai’s home.  Yuan told him that he ascended the throne and restored the monarchy and later on driven off the throne because he listen from his son. The son changed all the report of bad news into good news in order to make him happy.
